If you have real property related documents that need to be recorded, you may consider e-Recording as an option. eRecording provides the ability to record documents with the Wheeler County Clerk via one of four approved eRecording service providers. Utilizing an account with one of these service providers, customers can simply scan the original document and attach the electronic image and appropriate fees. The electronical instrument is transmitted by a secure connection to the County Clerk’s office for processing. Documents are typically recorded the same business day if all required elements are present in the instrument.
