WHEELER COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Wheeler County Planning Commission will convene at 5:30 PM on June 25th, 2020 in the 3rd floor courtroom at 701 Adams St. Fossil, OR 97830. This will allow for plenty of room to spread out and observe social distancing rules as the Commission considers concurrent applications for a Minor Partition (MP-20-003) and Conditional Use Permit (CUP-20-004) for the validation of a legal Nonfarm Parcel and the establishment of a Nonfarm Dwelling. Masks and hand sanitizer will be available at the door.
The applications have been submitted by landowners D. Rockey and Rahles M. Goodell Trustees. The subject parcel is tax lot 804 in Township 9 South, Range 25 East (Sections 5 & 8).
The application, staff report and all supporting documents will be available at the Wheeler County Planning Department Office seven days before the scheduled hearing.

The Planning Commission meets as needed. The meetings are held in the Jeanne E. Burch Family Services Building located at 401 Fourth Street; Fossil, OR, unless otherwise published in the newspaper of record.
