WHEELER COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
On February 12, 2021 the Wheeler County Planning Department received a complete Conditional Use Permit application from landowners of record Jerry and Amanda Wallace for the establishment of a Non-Farm Dwelling on a pre-existing 23 acre Non-Farm Parcel described as Tax Lot 109 in Township 8 South Range 24 East.
A Public Hearing to consider this land use request has been scheduled for Thursday, March 25th 2021 at 5:30 PM. The meeting will be held in the 3rd Floor Courtroom of the Wheeler County Courthouse, 701 Adams St., Fossil, OR 97830. Interested parties are encouraged to attend. You may also submit testimony in writing to Wheeler County Planning Department, PO BOX 447, Fossil, OR 97830. Written testimony must be received before 3:00 PM on the day of the hearing to be included in the official record.
Staff Report and supporting materials will be available for inspection 7 days prior to the public hearing in the Planning Department office.
